Instructions for Reviewers (Reviewer Guidelines)

The submitted Manuscripts by Author(s) are reviewed by reviewers and without their support it is difficult to maintain the standards of peer-reviewed journals. The manuscript will be assigned to an editor, who in turn selects one or more editorial board members or reviewers to review it.

  • After receiving the invitation reviewer have to verify whether the subject is within the area of expertise or not
  • One can intimate their opinion of accepting (or) declining the invitation. If one person is unable to accept the invitation, they can suggest any of their colleagues to whom editor will invite to review
  • After accepting the invitation he/she should check the title of the manuscript page twice and acknowledgement for conflicts of information provided (about author(s), organization and funds)
  • Reviewer ought to have a look at the relevant parts of the research paper and verify that it fits within the scope of the journal
  • One would interact with the editor if there's any difficulty regarding time or conflicts of interest, based on that the editor may prolong the timeline or cancel the review assignment
  • During the review process if it is found that the research paper is not suitable, then one can intimate it to the Editor
  • Reviewers are not pleased to discuss regarding the paper with respective author(s)
  • We request reviewers not to use the data of the manuscript for their own use and to defend it from any sort of violation
  • Criticism must be give dispassionately and offensive remarks aren’t acceptable
  • Confidential remarks to be done and should be ready to advise the editor for acceptance, rejection or modification
  • The final choice concerning modification, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript rests entirely with the editor
  • Reviewer cannot save the copy of review and have submit it to the editor who is the decision maker
